List of Key Subcontractors

In providing the “JijZept Series” and all related or ancillary services provided by JIJ Inc. (the “Company”) (collectively, the “Service”), the Company outsources part of the storage and processing of personal information and other data to third parties (“Subcontractors”), to the extent necessary to conduct its business and achieve the purposes of use set forth in its Privacy Policy.

This list does not cover Subcontractors used solely for internal administrative operations unrelated to providing the Service, such as recruiting, human resources, and labor management.

In accordance with its Information Security Policy, the Company implements necessary security controls based on the size of each Subcontractor and the importance of the data it handles. In particular, for cloud service providers, AI providers, and other providers that form the foundation of the Service, the Company conducts necessary reviews based on information including the services provided by the Subcontractor, the importance of the data handled, certifications and audit reports, and security controls established by contract or other means.

Protection of User Data

The Company does not provide data uploaded to the Service or created through the Service by Users (“User Data”) to Subcontractors used for the development and operation of the Service or for customer support beyond the extent necessary for their respective work, nor does it permit them to store or process such User Data beyond that extent. The Company also does not provide User Data to such Subcontractors or permit them to store or process it without the User’s consent.

However, this does not apply when cloud service providers, AI providers, or other providers that form the foundation of the Service store or process User Data or other data to the extent necessary to provide the Service. No User Data provided to an AI provider through the Service will be used to train that AI provider’s models.

The Company will announce additions or changes to its key Subcontractors by updating this page. The Company continually reviews its Subcontractor management framework in light of changes in the security environment and applicable laws and regulations.
